Holos Skincare is not responsible for any third party websites linked to Holos’ website. Users are responsible for reading and agreeing (or disagreeing) with the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policies of third parties’ websites.
Site usage
Holos Skincare disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.
Ordering
Orders are placed via the website and payment can be made using a debit or credit card. Customers can set up an account on the website or order as a guest. Setting up an account would speed up ordering in the future as you do not need to enter your details every time you place an order. If you prefer, you can place an order over the phone at 085 256 1748.
Should orders be placed over the phone, contact and delivery details will be recorded should you give permission for them to be. Credit and debit card details will be destroyed immediately after transaction has been processed and must be supplied each time an order is placed over the phone. We do not accept payment by cash or cheque and all goods must be paid for before being dispatched.
Charges
All prices listed on www.holos.ie are correct at the time of publishing. If a genuine error occurs in the price of products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was displayed at an incorrect price.
In the event that you have been incorrectly charged we will contact you to either adjust the payment or refund any amount already paid to us.
Our prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations and changing prices of ingredients used to manufacture Holos products.
Use of coupon codes
Once an order has been completed discount code can not be added. Please be mindful about adding your coupon before you proceed to place an order.
Missed Discount / Free Gift
We cannot apply discounts or give refunds after an order has been placed nor can we send free gifts. If you missed the offer we recommend that you sign up to our newsletter and before placing an order check your inbox to see if there is a current offer. We run saving discounts and gifts with purchase on a regular basis so even if you miss one, you can still avail of future offers.
“Get a Full Refund of Your Order” competition
The winner will be announced and contacted on Friday the 23rd August 2024. Only valid for orders placed between 12pm Monday the 19th August 2024 and 11.59pm Thursday the 22nd August 2024. An order must be fully paid. One order number will be selected at random and refunded the whole amount they paid including shipping. The same way they paid for the order. No minimum or maximum order. Only orders placed on www.holos.ie website will be valid.
Returns
If you receive goods that are in excellent condition but for some reason, decide you no longer want the goods, please return within 7 days. Goods must be in original packaging, be unused and undamaged. Returns for this reason are at your own cost. Please state reason for return in your correspondence. Once we have received the goods, we will furnish you with a coupon number to use with your next order, or give you a refund. Please note, the cost of shipping the original item can not be refunded.
We trust that goods will arrive safely and in a timely fashion, however if, on the rare occasion they don’t, please let us know immediately so we can fix the issue.
If goods arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged goods. We will gladly replace any damaged goods that cannot be used.
Changes
If we decide to make any changes to our Terms and Conditions we will post them on our website. We will inform our registered customers about changes by email 15 days prior the changes take effect.
