Holos Skincare disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.
Orders are placed via the website and payment made via Paypal, transferring from a Paypal account or using a debit or credit card linked to Paypal. Customers can set up an account on the website or order as a guest. If you prefer, you can place an order over the phone. Payment can be made using a debit or credit card.
Should orders be placed over the phone, contact and delivery details will be recorded should you give permission for them to be. Credit and debit card details will be destroyed immediately after transaction has been processed and must be supplied each time an order is placed over the phone. We do not accept payment by cash or cheque and all goods must be paid for before being dispatched.
All prices listed on www.holos.ie are correct at the time of publishing. If a genuine error occurs in the price of products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was displayed at an incorrect price.
In the event that you have been incorrectly charged we will contact you to either adjust the payment or refund any amount already paid to us.
Our prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations and changing prices of ingredients used to manufacture Holos products.

Once an order has been completed discount code can not be added. Please be mindful about adding your coupon before you proceed to place an order.

If you would like to track an order, you will find your tracking number and method of delivery on your dispatch email sent to you once the order has left Holos HQ. Delivery of orders within Ireland will take 1-3 working days. Delivery of orders overseas will take 3-7 working days. All goods will leave our manufacturing base in excellent condition. However if during transit, damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of the damage to email@example.com. Upon proof of damage, we will send replacement goods. We can only replace damaged goods with the same product and not a different product to the one damaged.
Should Holos be delayed or prevented from carrying out its obligations under the contract, by an Act of God, riot, strike, lockouts, trade disputes, fire, flood, labour disputes, political issues or any circumstances whatsoever outside of Holos’s control, then we shall not be liable to customres for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect that may thereby be suffered by customers.
If you receive goods that are in excellent condition but for some reason, decide you no longer want the goods, please return within 7 days. Goods must be in original packaging, be unused and undamaged. Please state reason for return in your correspondence. Once we have received the goods, we will furnish you with a coupon number to use with your next order, or give you a refund. Please note, the cost of shipping the original item can not be refunded.
We trust that goods will arrive safely and in a timely fashion, however if, on the rare occasion they don’t, please let us know immediately so we can fix the issue.
If goods arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged goods. We will gladly replace any damaged goods that cannot be used.
If we decide to make any changes to our Terms and Conditions we will post them on our website. We will inform our registered customers about changes by email 15 days prior the changes take effect.
